Prestige One Developments is a leading real estate developer in the UAE, renowned for delivering high-quality residential and commercial properties. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Telesales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team and help drive sales through proactive client engagement and effective lead conversion.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and follow up on leads to promote off-plan and ready real estate properties.
- Conduct consultations to understand client needs and convert leads into successful sales.
- Present property features, payment plans, and project timelines in a clear, persuasive manner.
- Maintain strong client relationships and accurate CRM records of all interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and support clients through onboarding and post-sale service.
Must Have
- 1–2 years of experience in telesales within a real estate developer environment in the UAE
- Fluent in French with strong English communication skills
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Must be based in the UAE and available for immediate joining
- Strong customer service, negotiation, and follow-up skills with CRM proficiency
Requirements:
- 3–7 years of experience in telesales, sales consulting, or real estate sales (preferably with a developer)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in French and English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build trust quickly
- Experience in using CRM tools and sales automation systems
- Well-organized and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle objections and close deals over the phone
- Must be currently based in the United Arab Emirates
