We are looking for a motivated and experienced Telesales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team and help drive sales through proactive client engagement and effective lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote the company’s real estate offerings (off-plan and ready properties)

Conduct in-depth consultations with leads to understand their investment or residential needs

Follow up on incoming leads, maintain a strong pipeline, and convert them into sales opportunities

Provide detailed information about property features, payment plans, and project timelines

Build and maintain strong client relationships through continuous support and communication

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
-
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM systems
-
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and target audiences

Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process

Provide training or onboarding support to new clients when needed
Requirements:

3–7 years of experience in telesales, sales consulting, or real estate sales (preferably with a developer)

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Fluent in French and English (Arabic is a plus)

Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build trust quickly

Experience in using CRM tools and sales automation systems

Well-organized and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Ability to handle objections and close deals over the phone

Must be currently based in the United Arab Emirates
