We are looking for a motivated and experienced Telesales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team and help drive sales through proactive client engagement and effective lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote the company’s real estate offerings (off-plan and ready properties)
  • Conduct in-depth consultations with leads to understand their investment or residential needs
  • Follow up on incoming leads, maintain a strong pipeline, and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Provide detailed information about property features, payment plans, and project timelines
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through continuous support and communication
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM systems
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and target audiences
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
  • Provide training or onboarding support to new clients when needed

Requirements:

  • 3–7 years of experience in telesales, sales consulting, or real estate sales (preferably with a developer)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in French and English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build trust quickly
  • Experience in using CRM tools and sales automation systems
  • Well-organized and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals over the phone
  • Must be currently based in the United Arab Emirates
