Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth and international clients, ensuring a premium customer experience.
  • Understand client needs and match them with suitable off-plan or ready property offerings.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to tailor communication and engagement strategies.
  • Assist with contract preparation, documentation, and post-sales follow-up.
  • Represent the brand at property tours, project launches, and events, while providing language-specific support in Dutch, Chinese, or German.

Must Have

  • 2–3 years of experience working with a real estate developer in the UAE
  • Fluency in Dutch, Chinese, or German (spoken and written)
  • Proven ability to manage high-net-worth and international client relationships
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and CRM skills
  • Must be currently based in the UAE and ready to join immediately
